Jim has flown beyond, to the loss of us all.
This extraordinary gentleman, kind, polite, humorous, witty, knowledgeable, intelligent, educated, will be deeply missed.
His knowledge of aviation was vast and he was absolutely generous with it.
Modeler extraordinaire and mentor of many (me among them), but above all, a truly extraordinary human being, very seldom seen or met in these times.
We were lucky to have him for the time we did.
