Here is the second of the Taylor designs released by Amodel in the same boxing with the JT-1, the Taylor JT-2
A common thread for the building of these two kits is here:
https://wingsofintent.blogspot.com/2021/01/taylor-jt-1-and-jt-2-amodel-172nd.html
And the completed sister kit JT-1 can be seen here:

The JT-2 kit was modified to represent an even peppier
version of the updated design with longer wheel pants, a higher aft fuselage
deck and a different canopy, plus the addition of registration decals from a
special Arctic Decals sheet, and again the replacement of the exhausts and
addition of control horns and cables, plus reshaping and narrowing the carb
intake. The model is really small, and no doubt a challenge for my dwindling eyesight.
A cute little thing, but where's the toilet!
ReplyDeleteIn this case it's an outhouse ;-)
DeleteJeez, Louise, Claudio! That brings new meaning to ‘midget racer!’ You either have incredible eyesight and hands. or a spider and a three-inch whip! Beautiful model amd thoroughly researched, I am sure! Mike, aka 72modeler
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mike!
DeleteI have 1/72 "people", they take care while I sip a G&T!
Small is an understatement, but very nicely done!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I think that from now on, only reasonably-sized kits!
DeleteSorry for late response I was busy looking for a teeny tiny aeroplane(airplane). I am so impressed by the teeny tiny engine used for those flying shots. Is it fossil fuel powered or electric?
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteInternal combustion engine. The pilot too.
