Here is yet another Norseman that braved the elements on the Northern Lands, this time a plane belonging to Saskatchewan Government Airways, upgrading with a few details the vintage Matchbox kit and using a beautiful set from Arctic Decals.
The step-by-step build can be consulted here:

This is a plane that I love and have modeled before:

This Matchbox vintage kit still holds its own and can be turned into a fair replica, provided you deal with the kit's age-related shortcomings (they are not many). The newly-released Dora Wings kit of the same subject is of course superior in every conceivable aspect (although with its own issues), but the Matchbox/Revell kit is sill a fair alternative if you want an easier build, are on a budget and don't mind to work a little.
I would apologize to our beloved Canadian neighbors if I would have voted for the re-emerged ass-in-chief orange orangutan, but I did not vote for him.
