I have an unquenchable love for vac kits. Even when there is an injected plastic kit I may build the vac one too (as in this case). I have build dozens upon dozens of vacs, all posted on this blog. They have helped me hone my building skills and to transition to scratchbuilding.
This little Aeroclub release product of the mind and hand of John Adams is a classic that also (besides the GAL ST-25) allows you to build the ST-12 version with the inline engines, as in this case. What a treat!
To add interest, I have added a Dekno Models De Havilland Gipsy Major 3D-printed engine to one nacelle and left a the side panel open.
To have a look at the step-by-step build please follow this link, where you will also find historical notes on the specific plane modeled here.

My thanks to Arctic Decals for producing the beautiful set used on this model, and to John Adams of Aeroclub fame for having regaled the modeling community throughout the decades with wonderful kits and accessories.
What a cute little civil twin. I actually had the Aeroclub and Azur kits!, but sold them- an act I now regret, but I couldn't have equaled your model!
